Program Format & Goals

PROGRAM FORMAT

We feel that the Art of the Masters program format is the BEST one out
there when it comes to senior art services. During our lecture portion of the class, residents enjoy learning something new about our featured artists. Then during our hands-on portion, they will have fun while creating their very own masterpiece.

Our programs are between one (1) to one & an half (1 1/2) hours long
and follow the below format:

• 10% Presentation (5 - 15 minutes)
  Residents learn about the history of our feature artists through our lectures (basic biography of artist). During this time, they will also have a chance to see some of the artist's work through large posters and prints which will be supplied by the instructor.
  * Unlimited amount of residents can sit in during the presentation.
  
   

• 90% Hands-On (45 - 60 minutes)
  This is what we feel makes the Art of the Masters Program different from other art programs. During this time, your residents will take part in a hand on project which will be in the likeness of the featured artist. Our caring, friendly & patient instructors will guide your residents each step of the way, while allowing their own creativity to come out and shine. At the end of the class, your residents will leave with their very own masterpiece that they created!
  
  * IMPORTANT NOTE: Hands on section is limited to 15 residents. This is done to ensure that our instructors have enough time to work with each student on a one-on-one basis during the class.

• To take part in the arts and find that they can and do enjoy participating.

• To feel good about what they accomplish during the class.

• To build confidence in themselves and have fun in the process.

• To build a personal relationship with their instructor which they will enjoy for years.

can achieve them and have fun in the process.
